समकालीन कला (Samkaleen Kala), Lalit Kala Akademi · Essay by P. N. Mago, Hindi translation by Saumitra Mohan
P. N. Mago places Zharotia’s drawings in the Eastern tradition, which never made imitation of nature its goal. He describes two ways of working, solid black silhouettes on white paper and living contours filled with hatching and texture, and drawings in which human and animal forms merge or take each other’s place.
ये दर्शक को भी उसके अपने स्वप्नलोक में ले जाते हैं।
These drawings take the viewer, too, into his own dream world.
